Miss Monroe, aka Jaelyn Monroe has 5 years in the pageant world, from being a pageant director, pageant mother, contestant, and coach. Although her coaching services are for everybody, her expertise specializes in training young girls for the pageant world.

Jaelyn has formerly held the titles Miss Black Philadelphia, Miss Black Pennsylvania, Miss MidState, Miss Black Mid-Atlantic. Jaelyn directed the Little Miss Philadelphia, and coached and mentored all of the contestants, as well as directed and coached all of the girls for Miss Africa 2022, 2023, and Miss Phi Beta Sigma. Jaelyn is formally the in-house pageant coach for Kreative Legends Dance Studio since July 2024, and oversees several young girls, and has had several girls already had three girls compete in their first pageant and win.
